Shipping policy

Order Processing: Once you place your order there is a certain amount of time that we require to fulfill your order: Our average  processing time is 24 hours. But during high peak times it can range from 48-72 hours.

Shipping: All purchases are shipped using USPS priority which includes tracking number. Once your order has been delivered to USPS, We ( Plantifulness) has no control over the delivery time. If you have a issue with the delivery of your package please contact USPS with your tracking number. A reshipping  fee will be charged to customers that wish to have their order reshipped if they have not received it.
