Purple Irish Sea Moss

Sea moss is a nutrient dense vegetable is packed with vitamins and minerals that is essential for your body. Sea Moss contains 92 of the 102 minerals that is in our bodies. It contains 15 of the 18 essential elements that make up the human body which includes calcium iodine, sulphuric, and potassium as well as Vitamins A, D, E, and K.

How to prepare Golden Sea Moss:

 (No Heat Method)

1. In a large clean container add desired amount of sea moss with spring or distilled water. Make sure the water is covering the sea moss

2. Allow the moss to expand about 6-12 hours

3. drain water and wash sea moss to remove salt and sand from sea moss.

4. Place your sea moss into blender and add spring or distilled water half way until it reaches top of sea moss

5. Blend until smooth, store your gel in container in the refrigerator 

6. ENJOY!

 (Boiling Method)

1. FOLLOW PREVIOUS STEPS :1-3

4. Bring a pot of spring or distilled water to boil 

5. Once water has boiled turn off and remove from heat, add your sea moss

6. Stir the moss until it dissolves into the water.

7.Once it has dissolved allow to cool before placing in container then into refrigerator.
